1- Due instalments:

An amount of 175,000 Egyptian pounds to be paid in 10 quarterly instalments, each instalment worth 17,500 Egyptian pounds, starting from June 2025

2- Under the project account:

An amount of 20,000 Egyptian pounds for work maintenance, to be paid upon notification of receipt and delivery in September 2027, to be deposited under the project maintenance deposit account.

3- Price differences:

An amount to be determined by Al-Basem Cooperative Society for Construction and Housing after taking the necessary legal measures for each plot resulting from price differences for construction costs.

4- Infrastructure:

An amount to be determined by Al-Bassem Cooperative Society for Construction and Housing after taking the necessary legal procedures, which is the utility expenses for each plot.

5- Legalization:

An amount that will be determined by Al-Bassem Cooperative Society for Construction and Housing for legalization after taking the necessary legal procedures, which is the transfer of ownership, as the beneficiary members of the association, when they transfer the plot to any person, this will be done with an official power of attorney for sale, purchase, and management, and the legalization transfer in the association is the expenses of transferring ownership when the transferee transfers ownership directly to him.
